Life Coaching Session

Service Description

A Life Coaching Session is intended to help you move into a new area of your life or go through a current situation with ease and security. We will look at your life and delve into areas where you would like to see changes, and together we will find solutions that will work for you. We will discover your deepest desires and find ways to make these come to life. We can delve into and address any area of your life...relationships, career, finances or just ways to overcome a challenge that is keeping you stuck or unable to move forward. Through this intuitive coaching we can look at your life and find insights into how it's working, or not working. We can look at patterns, archetypes and shadow archetypes you resonate with and goals to overcome and change these patterns. Maybe boundaries are an issue for you. We will work on how to set boundaries and enforce boundaries. Do you sabotage your success or set yourself up to fail? The intent of Life Coaching sessions is to empower you to face anything in your life and know that you are creating the life you came here to live. Carolyn Myss has been a mentor of mine through the years. Myss wrote Sacred Contracts which talks about the contracts we have created in our lifetime, either before we incarnated or after we were born. Based on her book she has developed Archetype Cards. Archetypes are ancient, universal patterns of behavior embedded in each of us. I encourage you to read Sacred Contracts and take a look at your own life. One session may be all you need, or you may choose to work together for a longer period of time. If you’re looking for further confirmation or guidance, I recommend a Universal Message reading. This is where I use a combination of a Pendulum, Tarot, Animal and Oracle Cards to help gain greater clarity.
