If you wish to return or exchange a purchase for any reason, you may do so within 21 days of receiving your order, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition ( we can not make a refund on products which have been opened, damaged or had their seals removed or broken.)

Refund

Subject to the above, and upon safe receipt of the returned order ( address details in contact us ), we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) (this does not include the original postage & packing charge). The cost of postage for returns to our address is payable by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exceptions

• We are unable to exchange or refund combinations of Gem & Crystal Essences or Sprays which have been specifically prepared as a unique personal combination.

• We can not make a refund or exchange on any and all services offered or provided on this website. All purchases are final. Under extenuating circumstances, a full or partial refund may be provided under our discretion.

• Gift Certificates - we are happy to refund the original payment card used for the purchase, but Gift Certificates can not be exchanged or returned for the cash equivalent, or refunded to a different card. 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch by e-mailing and letting us know your name and items of purchase. We will then cancel your order and refund your payment as soon as possible. 

Refunds

Online Payments: if for whatever reason we have cause to make a full or partial return of your payment, this will be done through the original payment gateway used and put back onto the original card that you used for payment. 

Offline Payments: again all refunds will be made to the original debit or credit card used.
